Complaints

If you have brought a complaint to the Club Coach / Team Manager and not received an acceptable response you may then verbally report your concern to the Club Chairman / Secretary. If the response is still not acceptable then you should ask for the complaint to be formally documented and investigated by the disciplinary subcommittee using the form below.
